DETACHED COUNTRY CORTIJO
Nestled in the countryside and only 12 kms from the town of Vva. del Trabuco is this detached Cortijo, which comprises of a detached house of approx. 150m2 and 400m2 of outbuildings. The Cortijo does have electricity, but of course would need to be upgraded and there is a communal water deposit.
At present mains water is not yet available, although the local town hall has plans for installing new pipes, we are not sure when. When this is the case, a new water deposit would have to be installed, as the communal one would not be sufficient for daily use. There are various types, but most are gravity fed & work by a pump - upto 12,000 litres or more, depending on necessity, which is quite common in rural locations as they can be hidden away under terraces and out of sight. Alternatively, a borehole could be dug to provide your own water supply.
A telephone line is possible, as neighbouring properties are connected.
